New Balance Vancouver wants you to be satisfied with your purchases. Any item you are not satisfied with can be returned for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from when you received your order.
All returned items should be in new condition accompanied by their original packaging. We encourage customers to try new shoes or apparel indoors for fit and comfort.

Please note that any costs associated with returning items to New Balance Vancouver are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed in the event of a shipping error by New Balance Vancouver.
If you feel you have a product purchased through newbalancevancouver.ca that is defective, please contact us by e-mail: orders@newbalancevancouver.ca, or by phone: 1-888-501-1333 / 604-501-1333 (10am-5pm PST Monday - Friday) to receive a Return Authorization Number. Once you have obtained an RA#, please print and complete the Returns & Exchanges form, and send the item back to us.
